1. In view of the problem of dust, moisture and a small amount of oil mixed in the waste gas generated by the internal mixer in the rubber mixing workshop, a pretreatment module is designed in the main waste gas treatment equipment to pretreat the waste gas and remove the dust, moisture and oil substances carried in the waste gas. The exhaust funnel is marked Y1-Y7.
Description of rubber refining waste gas treatment process:
(1) Waste gas from the rubber mixing workshop is collected through pipes and filtered before entering the treatment equipment to prevent large particles from entering the treatment equipment and causing impact on the equipment.
(2) After the waste gas enters the treatment equipment, it first passes through the pretreatment module. In view of the characteristics of the waste gas generated in the rubber mixing workshop, the pretreatment module adopts a separation plate structure to remove the dust, moisture and a small amount of oil substances mixed in the waste gas.
(3) After being treated by the pretreatment module, the waste gas enters the core treatment area of the equipment, namely the treatment area of "membrane deodorization+photocatalysis+activated carbon fiber adsorption". In this area, the waste gas molecules first pass through the deodorization membrane module, and the odor macromolecules in the waste gas are absorbed by the efficient fiber membrane.
(4) The waste gas then enters the photocatalysis module, which is equipped with a specially made high-intensity UV lamp tube. The odor molecules are directly activated by light irradiation for decomposition, and the odor molecules are indirectly decomposed by light irradiation to activate other gas molecules, so as to remove the odor molecules in the waste gas and effectively purify the odor gases.
(5) The waste gas after photocatalysis treatment finally passes through the activated carbon fiber module, and the ACF activated carbon fiber is used to adsorb the remaining odor molecules in the waste gas, so as to completely purify the waste gas.
Rubber mixing workshop: one set of BT-DS1200-LJ (processing air volume is 120000m3/h), 32 meters of exhaust funnel, and treatment process: the main pollutants in the flue gas are smoke, non methane hydrocarbon and odor. The dedusting efficiency is 99%, and the air volume of induced draft fan is 120000m3/h. The dust production concentration is 470mg/m3, the production rate is 56.4kg/h, and the production amount is 200t/a; After treatment, the dust emission concentration is 4.7mg/m3, the emission rate is 0.564kg/h, and the emission amount is 2t/a. The removal efficiency of organic waste gas is 98%, and the air volume of induced draft fan is 120000m3/h. The concentration of non methane total hydrocarbon is 22.5mg/m3, the production rate is 2.7kg/h, and the production amount is 14.5t/a; After treatment, the emission concentration of non methane hydrocarbon is 0.45mg/m3, the emission rate is 0.054kg/h, and the emission amount is 0.29t/a. The odor generation concentration is 4000 (dimensionless), and the odor emission concentration after treatment is 100 (dimensionless). The tail gas is discharged through an exhaust funnel with a height of 32.3m and an inner diameter of 0.8m. The emission concentration of dust meets the standard requirements in Table 5 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rubber Products Industry (GB27632-2011) (the emission limit of particulate matter for "rubber refining plant of tire enterprises" is 12mg/m3), and the emission rate meets the requirements of Class II standard (carbon black dust: 3.88kg/h (interpolation method) of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GBl6297-1996). The emission concentration of NMHC meets the standard requirements in Table 5 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rubber Products Industry (GB27632-2011) (the emission limit of NMHC for "rubber refining plant and vulcanization plant of tire enterprises" is 10mg/m3), and the emission rate meets the requirements of Class II standard (NMHC: 63.8kg/h (interpolation method) of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GBl6297-1996). Odor emission concentration shall meet the requirements of Class II standard (odor concentration: 15000) in Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants (GBl4554-93). 
Rubber mixing workshop: 2 sets of BT-DS850-LJ (treatment air volume is 85000m3/h), exhaust funnel height is 32m, treatment process: main pollutants in flue gas are non methane hydrocarbon and odor. The removal efficiency of organic waste gas is 98%, and the air volume of induced draft fan is 2 × 85000m3/h, the production concentration of non methane hydrocarbon is 14.7mg/m3, and the production rate is 2 × 1.25kg/h, the output is 14t/a; The emission concentration of non methane hydrocarbon after treatment is 0.29mg/m3, and the emission rate is 2 × 0.025kg/h, the emission is 0.28t/a. The odor generation concentration is 4000 (dimensionless), and the odor emission concentration after treatment is 100 (dimensionless). The tail gas is discharged through two exhaust funnels with a height of 31.67m and an inner diameter of 0.8m. Rubber mixing workshop: one set of BT-DS700-LJ (treatment air volume: 70,000m3/h), exhaust funnel height: 16m, treatment process: the main pollutants in the flue gas are smoke, non methane hydrocarbon and odor. The dedusting efficiency is 99%, and the air volume of induced draft fan is 70000m3/h. The dust production concentration is 678.29mg/m3, the production rate is 47.48kg/h, and the production amount is 85.25t/a; After treatment, the dust emission concentration is 6.78mg/m3, the emission rate is 0.47kg/h, and the emission is 0.85t/a. The removal efficiency of organic waste gas is 98%, and the air volume of induced draft fan is 70000m3/h. 2. The main components of the exhaust gas generated during the calendering and extrusion process (exhaust funnel is marked as Y8-Y11) are non methane hydrocarbon and odor. The waste gas from calendering in this project is treated by four sets of BT-DS160-XW (the treated air volume is 16000m3/h) treatment equipment.

As some organic substances in the rubber produced in the calendering and pressing process volatilize to a certain extent, producing odor gas and containing a certain amount of dust, the pretreatment module (dust removal) is designed in the processing equipment to separate the dust entrained in the waste gas.
